- Specify the product purpose and material requirements.
- Friction coefficient, degree of hardness, and temperature tolerance.
Step 2.
Estimation and providing customer quotations.
- Ascertain if new independent mold is required.
- Minimum purchase quantity and quotation.
- The company responds to the sample test after evaluation.
Step 3.
Create molds and prepare raw materials
(develop required related molds)
- Produce samples for customers to test.
Step 4.
No issues found by customer testing.
- Arrange order production line and manufacturing.
- Ship after completion.
